[BFBC2] - Austin RUSH (68.232.175.214:19567) - 32 Slots

I rented a 32 slot BFBC2 server in Dallas to see if the community is interested in getting behind this game. To start off it will be the standard RUSH game type. Currently, there are no rules for this server or admins. I'll worry about those things if anyone ever actually plays there.

Awesome. Thanks Leadly! I'm definately going to join up when it comes out over here. Hope it gets posted early to arrive on release date.

Will be really good to play a new game with all the AS regs (who have beefy computers that can handle BC2).

Well, that's unexpected. Thanks Lead. I think this game has an auto-curse filter, at least every server I've played in so far has. I'm pretty sure it's automatically on. Well, this game unlocks in about 2 hours on Steam... so it's on tonight.

Is there any chance we can get a specified Vent channel?

i'm afraid i'll have to mirror trey's sentiments -- my hardware is simply not up to scratch for this one, even if i tweak the hell out of it most likely. it was barely even up to scratch for BF2, so this is proooobably a no-go i'm guessing. i'll try it with said tweaks, but i'll probably be kicked by PB for turning down all my settings so low.

once i get off my butt and upgrade i'll definitely join in on the fun more actively though. the game does look pretty sweet, and there's been a lot of buzz about it both here and over at youdeepee. thanks for providing yet another server for us to use, lead.

:hugs: So cool. I can't wait to play on an actual Dedicated Server!!!! I have been mashing my way through the new Mod War but only because there is nothing else really. No dedicated server really sucks .. really really really sucks.

i just got it and it has a few bugs that need to be sorted out but i cant wait to play with u guys since my cod uo has been having some issues and i am unable to solve the problem at the moment. but look forward to it.

He's ok at retrieval.so far.he's over the punk stage.i have to video him playing he's steady rambling on while playing.its hilarious.

Select RUSH for the server type and then in the search box type in Austin, it will pop up to select.
