[AS] Website - will be moving to a new server

I will be moving the [AS] website/forums probably late sunday night or Monday morning (Central Daylight Time). If you try to connect to the site and can't now you will know why.

The site shouldn't be offline for more than a half hour or so... unless I encounter serious problems.

There will likely be broken crap for the next day or so after the move as I "remember" all the hacks and tweaks that we have added to [AS] to have all the server status/b3admin stuff/etc/etc... but I'll clean that crap up as quickly as I discover my oversights.

I had to delay this move, but I need to go ahead and push it through this week... so I will be taking the site down either late tonight or tomorrow sometime during the day to make the move. Once again.. the move shouldn't take too long so please be patient while it's offline. Then be even more patient as I find and fix all the crap that I'm sure will break (mostly server status kinda stuff).

OK.. the website is moved... I'll try to clean up all the server status stuff within the next day or so.
